Welcome to the Buckinghamshire Centre of the Caravan Club

On one of our rallies you may have the chance to escape into a contrasting landscape of tranquil countryside and lively towns. Enjoy the delights of Buckinghamshire, a county over 50 miles in length but just 10 miles wide at its narrowest point, set right in the heart of rural England. Stretching from the London outskirts towards the midlands. Bucks is home to the rolling Chiltern Hills and the meandering river Thames. Country walks run between picturesque villages with a host of welcoming pubs. Why not relax by shopping in such pretty market towns as Marlow, Amersham or Buckingham or explore its rich heritage.
The Vale of Aylesbury was home to the influential Rothschild family, their legacy remains with a number of family house is still open to the public including the magnificent French Renaissance style chateau, Waddesdon Manor, Museum of the year 1997. Ascott House a Jacobean family residence with most unusual gardens. Buckinghamshire is fortunate in being one of the English counties with the highest number of National Trust properties open to the public. In the county 13 houses, mills and monuments are open, some of them all year around. Other gems nestled within the county include the magical Ronald Dahl Children’s Gallery in Aylesbury, stunning landscape gardens at Stowe, great family fun at the Bucks Railway Centre, Bletchley Park home of the famous ‘Enigma’ encryption machine, and Bekonscot, the oldest model village in the world dating back to 1929.
